Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Own day-to-day product execution in-store by leading inventory processing, back of house operations, and shift execution aligned to store product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with store leadership to bring the store product strategy to life
- Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drive execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Create a fun, productive shift environment to engage team members in inventory management
- Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategy and guest-optimized product availability
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to recommend actions (including analyzing product sell-through; outlet teams may also use pricing analysis)
- Participate in store hiring activities including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Improve performance through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences
- Build a respectful, inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships
- Serve as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours by leading from the floor and providing guests with technical product education
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Schedule and Availability
- Schedule varies based on store needs
- Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak periods, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: USD 23 - 28 per hour
- Target bonus: USD 2.00 per hour
- Total target base pay range: USD 25.00 - 28.50 per hour
- Compensation follows a pay-for-performance philosophy recognizing individual and team performance
- Base pay is based on market location and may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity

Work Context
- Move through the store, including front of house with bright lights and loud music, and back of house areas with no windows or natural light
- Work completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, using a computer or other technical devices
- Occasionally move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to reach materials
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat
Job Assets (Nice to Have; Not Required)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience
- Experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification
