Lead product operations for Google’s Cybersecurity and Data Protection efforts, turning complex strategy into repeatable execution.

Provide operational leadership and drive strategic initiatives within the Cybersecurity team
Manage special projects and triage time-sensitive work under leadership direction
Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to connect product innovation to financial performance
Establish a measurement framework for return-on-investment tied to team allocations and computing costs
Build tracking and reporting systems for organization Key Results and metrics
Own measurement across product health, operational efficiency, development velocity, and progress toward strategic security goals
Develop and align the Product Development Lifecycle (PLC) with product managers and PMO teams to support consistent planning and launches
Create cross-functional customer engagement models and data infrastructure to synthesize customer feedback
Use customer insights to prioritize product roadmaps and scale team enablement and onboarding programs

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
Experience working with and analyzing data
Experience managing multiple projects

Experience delivering or managing large, open-ended operational or strategic problems
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders on operational projects
Experience working with partner teams (for example, Product, Engineering, Research) to produce solutions
