Own product operations and inventory execution as part of the store leadership team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life
Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to store SOPs
Execute product actions including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
Create a fun and productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management
Monitor product levels and share insights to support sell-through strategy and guest-ready product availability
Review and interpret daily business data and metrics (including sell-through) to recommend product focus and, for outlets, pricing
Participate in the store hiring process: recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
Support performance and learning through direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance
Build a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships
Serve as Supervisor on Duty during open hours by moving dynamically from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience

Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
Some experience with inventory management and product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology
Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
1 year of work experience

Schedule varies based on store needs
Shifts typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required

Base pay range: $21.50 - $24.74/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
Target bonus: $2.00/hour
Total target base pay range: $23.50 - $26.74/hour

High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience; experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Move through the store, including front of house with bright lights and loud music, and back of house with no windows or natural light
Work as part of a team, sometimes independently; may use a computer or other technical devices
Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials
For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat while preparing food or beverages
