Job Description

Uber seeks a Product Operations Manager for the Uber Pro program in San Francisco, onsite, to own the global roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, and scale earner products across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global Uber Pro roadmap, guiding vision, user problem identification, solution design, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as the domain expert for Uber's global business, steering the technical team to tackle high-impact, complex problems.
  • Scale earner products by identifying innovative solutions and maintaining a fast launch cadence.
  • Champion earner needs by surfacing pain points and securing stakeholder buy-in to improve the earner experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in high-impact product or analytical roles with a proven record of scaling products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • AI-Native Mindset: Actively leverage AI frameworks and emerging tools to boost operational efficiency and accelerate data-driven decisions.
  • Technical & Analytical Fluency: Ability to deconstruct complex marketplace concepts and translate quantitative data into actionable strategies.
  • Bias for Action: Proactive builder who thrives in uncertainty, owns roadblocks, and delivers high-impact outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into concise, executive-ready insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Location Details

  • Base salary (New York City-based roles): USD 142,000 per year – USD 158,000 per year.
  • Base salary (San Francisco-based roles): USD 142,000 per year – USD 158,000 per year.
  • All US locations: Eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, may be offered an equity award and other compensation types; full-time employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and various benefits.
