Ramp is hiring a Product Operations Specialist for Ramp Travel. In this role, you will help build and scale Travel workflows while owning operational health across booking, policy, expense automation, and issue resolution. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams to turn feedback and analytics into smoother launches and a better traveler experience.

Role overview

As a Product Operations Specialist for Ramp Travel, you will support the systems and operational rigor that keep business travel simple, reliable, and well-controlled for customers. You will own operational health for key parts of the Travel product experience, from booking and policy workflows through expense automation and issue resolution.

Beyond the Travel vertical, you will contribute to tooling and operating systems that help Product and Engineering scale. You will also use AI tools to improve release management, customer-feedback collection, internal enablement, and support processes, while shipping improvements that reduce customer friction.

  • Directly ship product improvements, including UX fixes and operational tooling, using AI and low-code tools to reduce friction quickly
  • Design and improve scalable operating systems for issue escalation, incident management, release readiness, supportability, and internal communication
  • Identify and automate manual processes to help Ramp scale with improved consistency and reliability for customers and internal teams
  • Manage operational relationships with travel partners and vendors, including monitoring performance, surfacing issues, and supporting joint improvement plans
  • Become a subject-matter expert in the end-to-end Travel customer experience, connecting day-to-day customer pain points to teams best positioned to resolve them
  • Use AI tools to improve release management, customer-feedback collection, internal enablement, and support processes

Required qualifications

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and technically complex environments, with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for product, technical, operational, and customer-facing audiences
