Product Owner
Job Description
TeamViewer Germany GmbH is seeking a technically grounded Product Owner to help shape the Remote Support, Access & Control domain. In this onsite role based in Austin, TX, you will own the product backlog and guide delivery of secure, reliable, and intuitive remote support experiences, with a focus that includes AI-powered support and agentic workflows.
You will bring together customer, business, and technical signals to define what to build next, then work with cross-functional partners to execute through agile development. Success will be measured through clear metrics and continuous improvement informed by product data, customer feedback, and operational insights.
What you will do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical requirements, and delivery capacity.
- Translate customer, business, and technical insights into clear requirements, user stories, and sprint-ready work.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions using agile development practices.
- Drive the evolution of Remote Support, Remote Access, and AI-powered support experiences, including automation and agentic workflows.
- Define success metrics and use product data, customer feedback, and operational insights to improve adoption, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Align stakeholders across the organization on priorities, trade-offs, roadmap execution, and release readiness.
What you bring
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within agile software development.
- Strong experience managing backlogs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and driving cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, workflow automation, or agentic experiences, including responsible AI considerations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, remote support, IT operations, security, or related technology domains.
