Rotational Product Manager

Meta’s Rotational Product Manager (RPM) program is a short-term employment track designed to build product skills quickly through hands-on rotations across product groups. RPMs partner closely with engineers and designers to move projects forward, turning research and analysis into clear product requirements and metrics that support product outcomes.

Based in New York, NY (onsite), the RPM role focuses on delivering meaningful impact within a product area while developing the foundations needed to succeed as a Product Manager at Meta. This position is open to candidates with 4+ years of related industry or product management experience, with a salary range of USD 114,000 - 172,000 per year.

What you’ll do

• Own one or more projects within a product area and drive them through to completion.
• Define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and identify solutions aligned to overall goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build a roadmap, make progress against milestones, resolve blockers, and help maintain team health.
• Gather and analyze user research, product insights, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate across relevant functions, aligning and influencing roadmaps where appropriate.
• Communicate product plans and progress clearly both upwards and sideways across teams.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of related industry experience or product management experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional product teams on key efforts such as crafting product mission and strategy, defining product requirements, and driving teams toward milestones and goals.
• Proven ability to improve product outcomes and strengthen product team effectiveness.
• Strong ability to analyze data and apply it to product decision-making.
• Experience using multiple approaches to understand user requirements and identify suitable product solutions.
• Experience leading and motivating a product team.
• Clear and concise communication.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact such as efficiency gains and quality improvements.
• Experience following and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, including prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration, as well as staying current with emerging AI technologies.
