Seasonal Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Own day-to-day product operations and inventory execution as part of the store leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring store product strategy to life
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Create a fun, productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management
- Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through and optimal availability for guests
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics (for example, using sell-through trends to recommend product focus to store leadership; for outlets, inform pricing decisions)
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Handle team member performance by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition
- Support learning and development through coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation
Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations
- Experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification
Work Context
- Move through the store; sometimes front of house with bright lights and loud music, sometimes back of house with no windows or natural light
- Work with a team and sometimes independently; use a computer or other technical devices
- Occasional work may involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or using ladders to reach materials
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may use industrial kitchen equipment and have exposure to heat
Schedule / Availability
- Schedule can vary based on store needs
- Shifts typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.50/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.50/hour
