Job Description

The Senior Associate, Product Operations and Communications Lead supports Card Account Management and Card Financial Transactions, driving standardized portfolio rhythms, executive-ready updates, Confluence stewardship, leadership forums, backlog hygiene, and AI-enabled stakeholder validation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the communications cadence (AI enabled): collect accomplishments and milestones from stakeholders, leverage approved AI tools to consolidate inputs, identify gaps, draft clear actionable updates, and tailor summaries by audience and channel. Publish on schedule to Confluence pages and Microsoft Teams with final human review and stakeholder validation before posting.
  • Apply approved AI tools responsibly: use organization-approved AI to accelerate drafting, synthesis, editing, and quality checks; fact-check outputs against authoritative sources, review with stakeholders, and obtain approval before sharing to records.
  • Manage Confluence oversight (AI-supported governance): maintain information architecture and content governance, use AI to flag stale content, broken references, duplicates, tagging opportunities, and readability issues. Propose updates and run periodic AI-assisted audits with human verification.
  • Plan and execute townhalls, forums, and meetings (AI-assisted operations): generate/refine agendas, prepare pre-reads, draft speaker briefs, and capture action items from notes where permitted. Publish validated recaps and maintain an AI-assisted action tracker with owners and dates.
  • Administer distribution lists and shared mailboxes (AI-enhanced hygiene): manage access controls and ownership, triage inbound requests, categorize common issues, draft responses, and flag potential policy or compliance risks for human review.
  • Maintain epic, backlog, and book-of-work hygiene (AI-augmented agility): ensure clear ownership, current status, prioritization, readiness, dependencies, and up-to-date metadata; use AI to summarize epics, suggest clearer acceptance criteria, surface missing fields, detect dependency conflicts, and generate routine hygiene reports with final prioritization owned by stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted productivity tools using company-approved solutions; apply sound judgment on data sensitivity, validate outputs for accuracy and bias, document assumptions, and use AI within risk and governance guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity to explore data for root causes and opportunities.
