Senior Digital Product Manager

NW Recruiting Partners seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager for a hybrid, Seattle-based contract role focused on end-to-end delivery of mobile app features for a large coffee retailer. This six-month engagement offers an hourly rate of $53 to $58 and requires working across cross-functional teams to ship customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of new mobile app features, from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
• Monitor product metrics and conduct data analyses to evaluate feature performance and guide decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at various leadership levels and provide regular progress updates.
• Work with design teams to ensure intuitive, customer-centric product experiences.
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers to understand constraints and opportunities.
• Support testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimize feature performance.
• Balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy environment.
• Maintain alignment with release schedules and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in digital product management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Informatics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Previous mobile product experience required; customer-facing product experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with A/B testing and/or familiarity with Copilot or GitHub is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner directly with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions.
• Experience with data analysis, tracking metrics, and reporting on product performance.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Digital product marketing experience: at least five years.
