Senior Product Manager

Specialty Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our lending platforms in the alternative lending space. The Role

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be the primary architect of our product suite. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our lending platforms. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and technical execution. You are responsible for defining how capital flows from our platform to clients, not merely managing a backlog.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead products from discovery and whiteboarding through deployment and iteration.
• Problem Translation: Translate complex, often ambiguous business problems into specific, validated pain points with high-impact solutions.
• Data-Driven Roadmap: Turn insights into hypotheses, define and track KPIs, and report on metrics that move the business.
• Technical Partnership: Act as the bridge to Engineering, converting business logic into technical specs with minimal friction.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use Figma and AI prototyping tools to visualize concepts, test flows, and ensure a seamless user journey for underwriters, ISOs, and customers.
• Strategic SQL Usage: Dive into databases to identify funnel bottlenecks, analyze loan performance, and validate product success without intermediaries.

Requirements

• Alternative Lending Experience: Strong preference for candidates with more than 5 years in MCA or Revenue-Based Financing, with understanding of credit cycles and risk logic.
• Technical Fluency: Proven track record of collaborating with developers; familiarity with API integrations, database schemas, and agile development constraints.
• Hard Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and in Figma/AI tools for design collaboration and rapid prototyping.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to prioritizing high-impact features and deprioritizing low-ROI requests.
