Job Description

Curinos Inc builds products that help financial institutions make smarter, faster deposit pricing decisions in changing rate environments. This hybrid role in New York, NY gives you the chance to shape the future of consumer deposit pricing by leading the flagship consumer deposit pricing product suite for Retail Pricing, driving product strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes for clients.

What you’ll work on

The Curinos Consumer Deposit Pricing Analyzer and Optimizer suite supports pricing and product teams with granular peer benchmarks, portfolio insights, scenario and optimization tools, and data-driven workflows. The platform connects portfolio and competitor data, offers customizable reporting, and helps clients grow and retain deposits, manage cost of funds, and improve pricing agility and outcomes.

As Senior Product Manager, you will define the product vision for Retail Pricing, expand what is possible through a market-leading suite built on client empowerment and enterprise AI, and translate customer and market needs into roadmaps that solve client problems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and requirements by engaging directly with financial institution clients and applying market and customer insight.
  • Build impact-driven, problem-focused roadmaps tied to business objectives rather than feature output.
  • Develop a holistic, detailed understanding of the Retail Pricing platform’s infrastructure, capabilities, and the domain, including what can be achieved with supporting data and the technology stack.
  • Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across Data Science, Engineering, business unit leaders, data architects, and other Product team members.
  • Define, articulate, and execute the Retail Pricing product vision, including strategic trade-offs across investment initiatives, platforms, tech debt, and new features.
  • Partner with customers to uncover needs, iterate on value, and define “success” through well-defined KPIs that measure how effectively client problems are solved.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver new capabilities with timely execution and high quality.
  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, enabling technologies, and evolving financial institution needs to keep the product competitive.
  • Collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide tools and insights that help teams succeed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key product performance indicators and use insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience with business-moving product impact.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing product-market fit for new or expanded offerings, or launching and evolving net new offerings in-market.
  • Exposure or domain expertise in deposit or liability pricing, including an understanding of core pricing problems users need to solve.
  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in enterprise and B2B software, with a user-centric product management approach, multi-workstream management, and delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate nuanced ideas to diverse audiences, including senior client stakeholders and internal technical and non-technical groups, and to align stakeholders to business strategy.
  • Experience leading teams through influence (not necessarily as a formal manager) across software engineering, user experience design, and technical individual contributors.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Jira, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Preferred: experience in financial services or banking with understanding of the core business model of banking.

Salary and location

  • Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
  • Salary: USD 180,000–190,000 per year (plus Bonus)
  • Minimum experience: 6+ years

Tools you’ll use

Benefits

  • Flexible working options, including home working, flexible hours and part time options (role-dependent)
  • Unlimited PTO, floating holidays, volunteering days, and a day off for your birthday
