As a Senior Product Manager focused on the Auto Lending ecosystem, you will shape product strategy, drive go-to-market execution, and cultivate lender partnerships to embed WK compliant content into lender workflows, delivering strong adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with auto lenders, DMS networks, and industry partners to accelerate adoption of WK compliant content.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to lenders, understanding their operational, compliance, and digital transformation needs.
- Gather and synthesize lender feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Represent WK in industry forums, client engagements, and working sessions to build credibility and influence adoption.
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for Auto Lending solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to raise awareness, grow the pipeline, and support customer acquisition.
- Develop targeted campaigns and enablement materials that support lender engagement and adoption.
- Measure and optimize GTM performance using defined KPIs such as adoption rates, revenue growth, and lender penetration.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to the auto lending space.
- Identify trends in auto lending workflows, compliance requirements, and digital lending transformation.
- Contribute to product vision and strategy with a focus on expanding WK's position in lending.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations during product lifecycle and strategy discussions.
- Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and influence product roadmap development, ensuring alignment with auto lender needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and enablement materials tailored to lending use cases.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Lead product-related events, lender workshops, and webinars to drive engagement and education.
- Support sales enablement by providing lender-specific insights, use cases, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Travel: 25% to 50% with an average of about 15 trips per year, as required by business demand.
- Lending Expertise: Strong understanding of auto lending workflows, auto lender and dealer interactions, and compliance considerations.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and influence relationships with external partners, particularly financial institutions and auto lenders.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Advanced Market Research: Ability to conduct deep industry analysis and translate insights into strategy.
- Strategic Communication: Strong ability to convey complex value propositions to both technical and business audiences.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled at interpreting data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
