Job Description

Senior Product Manager for Kitchen at Wonder Group, onsite in New York, NY, with a salary range of USD 138,000 - 153,000 per year, leads the Kitchen Product to scale in-store operations across 100+ stores and drives improvements in order accuracy, prep times, ETAs, and customer experience through cross-functional leadership and data-driven product management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term roadmaps for the Kitchen Product, aligned with the company vision.
  • Own features end-to-end, including definition, scoping, prioritization, testing, and impact assessment.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and store teams to define features, set priorities, and evaluate impact.
  • Champion the user experience by visiting stores regularly, gathering real-world feedback, and translating insights into action.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and features amid competing priorities.
  • Analyze data to derive user insights that inform prioritization and optimization of products and features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably building products in the operations space.
  • Experience shipping projects from 0 to 1 at a startup or early-stage company.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in project management and data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, Jira, and Confluence.
