Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for Cloud Services will lead the Cloud Services portfolio and the Photo Ops reporting platform, bridging field hardware with digital intelligence to enable real-time health, sales, and location data across devices.

Concord, NC (hybrid)

Salary

USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year

Experience

Minimum five years of product management experience with proven delivery in Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the strategic direction for Cloud Services and the Photo Ops reporting platform, prioritizing features that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle from discovery and requirements to deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage the data pipeline that integrates hardware systems and software applications feeding real-time updates into a centralized data hub.
  • Develop reporting tools delivering real-time sales data, inventory metrics, and asset health status across nationwide devices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure cloud platforms meet diverse business requirements.
  • Lead field integrations, pilots, and rollout support for new products, including on-site participation as needed.
  • Assume project management responsibilities as needed to maintain schedules and communicate timelines across internal teams.
  • Deliver trainings for marketing, sales, technical support, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Travel as required for trade shows and customer-facing engagements.
  • Maintain a focus on innovation and customer centricity within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of product management experience with proven delivery in Cloud Services.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to delve into both software and hardware details.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple new initiatives while addressing ongoing sustainment for existing products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation across functions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning, with a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Based in Concord, North Carolina with a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; additional business education is desirable.
  • Experience working within an Agile software development process.
  • Experience with digital imaging technologies, including photo, print, or color management, is a plus.

The incumbent ensures real-time health, sales, and location data from devices ranging from high-end cameras and printers to local nodes feed into a unified data ecosystem.
