Prime Video Personalization & Discovery, part of Amazon, is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to shape strategy, define a compelling vision, and map roadmaps that deliver personalized Prime Video experiences for customers worldwide. This onsite, Seattle-based role collaborates across engineering, data science, design, operations, finance, legal, content acquisition, business development, customer service, and the executive team to optimize the user journey at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful portion of the product strategy and craft roadmaps to realize that vision
• Partner with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, customer service, and executives to optimize the Prime Video personalization and discovery experience
• Apply data-driven analysis and customer focus while working independently or as part of a high-performing team
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with the customer’s best interests in mind
• Assume full ownership of product, user experience, design, and technology to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for Prime Video customers
• Engage in fast-paced, challenging projects, experiment with new possibilities, take calculated risks, and collaborate with talented peers
• Contribute diverse perspectives, ideas, and skills to continually improve Prime Video for shoppers worldwide

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a range of customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
