Senior Product Manager - Technical, AFX

Join a leading cloud platform as a Senior Technical Product Manager on the AWS Field Experience (AFX) team in Dallas, onsite. You will define services for AWS sellers in technical roles and drive generative AI initiatives to automate workflows, extract insights, and scale customer engagement. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year and a benefits package designed to support you and your family as you help customers move to the cloud. Responsibilities

• Engage with advanced systems and pioneer new methods for delivering software, supporting customers, and enabling large, distributed sales teams
• Design new products and capabilities that help business users operate more effectively, intelligently, and efficiently
• Collaborate with engineering and other technical product and program managers to define, build, drive, and measure mechanisms that empower field sales teams
• Work with other product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to enhance AFX products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting offerings
• Utilize strong communication and a data driven mindset to inform business decisions at scale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering features and navigating tradeoffs for a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
