Senior Product Owner

Humana offers a remote Senior Product Owner role focused on AIPI initiatives. You will steer the product management for Control Tower, Provider Fingerprinting, and an associated workflow tool, guiding backlog priorities, aligning stakeholders, and delivering value within Agile teams. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built in the correct order, within budget and on schedule
• Act as the Agile team’s primary point of contact for information, prioritization, and decision making
• Define and rank product backlog items to illuminate goals and customer needs
• Develop insights into customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions and maximize value
• Work with teams and vendors to deliver high quality products that meet requirements
• Write clear, user-focused stories that capture end-user requirements
• Inspect progress and adapt the product as each iteration progresses
• Develop roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies
• Support AIPI efforts, including product management of Control Tower, Provider Fingerprinting, and the related workflow management tool

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience on a development team as a product and/or process owner
• Minimum 2 years of experience in user acceptance testing
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ADO or Jira Align
• Professional experience with various AI technology platforms

Work from Home Requirements

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended; acceptable connections include wireless, wired cable or DSL
• Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval
• Home-based associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive bi-weekly internet expense payments
• Humana provides appropriate telephone equipment for remote roles
• Work from a dedicated space with minimal interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
• Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required

Compensation

Pay range: $94,900 to $130,500 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
