Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager

PwC's Product Innovation practice is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager to lead product management and drive innovation from concept through go-to-market. Based in Miami, FL with a hybrid work arrangement, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, mentor cross-functional teams, and help shape strategies that fuel client value and business growth. The role offers a salary range of USD 99,000 to 232,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Guide product management activities from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
• Drive product innovation by blending technical expertise with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs
• Manage commercial and internal products, ensuring they align with market demands and support growth
• Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications that reflect business objectives
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ideation and development processes
• Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development and shorten delivery timelines
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage strengths and manage performance effectively
• Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized solutions
• Navigate difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and escalate when needed
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
