Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager

PwC is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager to guide product strategy and delivery from concept through production and lifecycle management within the Product Innovation practice. This hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to ensure products meet market needs, enable growth, and align with firm standards. The successful candidate will drive cross functional collaboration, coach teams, and steward go to market plans while navigating complex stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• Foster product innovation by blending technical depth with creative thinking to address evolving client needs.
• Manage both commercial and internal products to confirm market fit and contribute to business growth.
• Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications aligned to business objectives.
• Lead lifecycle management including modifications, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance ideation and development processes.
• Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development and shorten delivery timelines.
• Coach and mentor team members, maximizing individual strengths and performance.
• Analyze system components to identify linkages and optimize overall product solutions.
• Navigate difficult stakeholder conversations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain professional and technical standards in line with the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
