Sr. Manager, Product Owner, Business Process Management

Boston Scientific is hiring a senior product leader to define and execute the Business Process Management (BPM) product vision. In this hybrid role, you will connect business and process needs to technology capabilities, drive measurable enterprise value, and lead decisions across strategy, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes. This position is based in Arden Hills, MN, with an additional Boston Scientific location in Marlborough, MA.

Role overview

As Sr. Manager, Product Owner, Business Process Management, you will translate enterprise priorities into a BPM product strategy and roadmap. You will be accountable for capability build/acquire/improve choices, ensuring solutions align to business requirements and are measured against intended results. Success includes guiding delivery with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and building adoption through strong stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BPM product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
• Translate business and process needs into product capabilities, actionable requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Global Process, Data, and Technology teams to align priorities and advance process improvement initiatives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on business value, user needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Guide product delivery by making timely decisions, clarifying requirements, and validating solutions against defined acceptance criteria.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, automation, and scalability through innovative product capabilities and technology solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and end users to incorporate feedback and accelerate product adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, product budgets, financial analysis, and cost allocation strategies to optimize value and investment.
• Establish and maintain product usage standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks to support consistent, effective, and sustainable adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years' experience implementing or supporting business process management solutions.
• Experience in product ownership, product management, or technology delivery, including product roadmap and backlog management.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to product development and delivery.
• Experience managing and developing vendor relationships.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable product capabilities and prioritizing initiatives based on business value and measurable outcomes.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Celonis process mining, process mapping, or process management capabilities.
• Experience implementing or managing BPM capabilities within an organization operating under an enterprise-wide Global Process Model.

Location, salary, and logistics

• Location: Arden Hills, MN (hybrid). Hybrid position locations: Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA.
• Additional location: US-MA-Marlborough.
• Salary range: USD 125,800 to USD 239,000 per year.
