Sr. Operations Program Manager, Product Operations, Echo Pre-Concept

The Sr. Operations Program Manager for Echo Pre-Concept leads cross-functional Device Operations initiatives and shapes early-stage scoping to define roadmaps for new consumer devices within the Echo lineup.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational inputs to early stage PDP milestones such as PRFAQ, PA, ID Intent, and EMS RFQ, covering the product schedule, manufacturing strategy, BOM plus MVA cost, supplier sourcing strategy, operations fixed-cost drivers, and any operations risk call-outs.
• Serve as a conduit to the Operations and Supply Chain organization within the broader Amazon Devices group, coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Software, Design, and Finance.
• Collaborate to define business requirements and product definitions that drive roadmaps and portfolio direction.
• Contribute to and influence new product design and architectural decisions.
• Arbitrate and resolve organizational tensions and competing goals to deliver a coherent set of requirements for New Product Introduction execution.
• Assess current systems and limitations and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
