Job Description
Role summary
The Senior Product Manager will own the complete lifecycle of core access equipment platforms, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers. You will shape the long-term product roadmap and portfolio strategy on a global scale, ensuring alignment with regional and global growth objectives and directing the path from idea through commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key access equipment platforms, guiding roadmap strategy and long-term portfolio direction for global impact.
- Develop and implement multi-generation product and enhancement plans aligned to regional and worldwide growth goals.
- Serve as the strategic hub across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Service, Marketing, and global teams to drive alignment from concept to market release.
- Translate VOC, competitive intelligence, and market analysis into differentiated product definitions and compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions that meet market timing, performance, and customer expectations.
- Lead pricing strategy and monitor portfolio performance, including margins, market share, and competitive positioning.
- Successfully manage product launches, including field trials, demonstrations, and go-to-market execution.
- Provide Sales and Service teams with tools and messaging to articulate value-based selling propositions clearly.
- Engage directly with customers, dealers, and rental partners to validate strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Coach and mentor team members while driving accountability and delivering measurable business results.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a technical degree is preferred.
- At least eight years of related experience.
- Travel availability from 0% up to 30%, dependent on business cycle and needs.
Compensation
Salary: USD 118,700 - 211,300 per year
