Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for Payments drives vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Lowe's payments products, coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Set and advance the product vision and backlog in collaboration with product leaders, steering the directional path to deliver value aligned with OKRs.
  • Navigate ambiguity to craft OKRs that support the product portfolio and organizational goals, coordinating with business partners.
  • Collaborate with other product managers and business leaders to assess trade-offs and prioritize features in line with the product vision, establishing design trade-offs to drive broad adoption.
  • Define customer and user experiences with impact at the domain level.
  • Monitor competitive trends and identify opportunities to create innovative customer experiences.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and guide the team to clarify expectations, enabling continuous learning and improvement within the scrum process.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to deliver usable, viable, and feasible products, prioritizing work and communicating how value is delivered against the roadmap.
  • Build product advocacy and influence across the product team, business partners, and directors.
  • Serve as a product expert, guiding the product direction and coordinating necessary work from partners to realize product value.
  • Participate in product marketing efforts to deepen understanding of the product and contribute to market-fit strategies.
  • Own and drive product plans for a defined scope, using data to align stakeholders and guide decisions.
  • Define objectives and analytics requirements, leveraging product analytics and insights in collaboration with business partners.
  • Define key product metrics and monitor health and business impact, partnering with engineering to implement tracking and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience across two or more of the following areas: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.

Pay Range

USD 95,100 to 180,700 annually. Starting pay may vary based on factors including position, location, education, training, and experience.
