Sr. Product Manager – Support Functions

This onsite role in Vancouver, WA blends product lifecycle ownership with enterprise strategy, bringing together business stakeholders, MVH Global functions, and DT delivery teams to transform workflow-heavy processes into systems that are agile, automated, and intelligent.
Why this role matters
The Sr. Product Manager – Support Functions is accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle, strategic vision, and continuous delivery for digital platforms that support MVH. You will serve as the primary bridge between MVH Global functions and DT delivery teams, championing a product-led approach to modernize traditional business processes.
In certain products, you will represent DT for DT such as MVH Legal Entity. You will also be a bridge and entry point for Petcare and Mars Global Services needs, including the Mars Associate Survey and other Mars Inc initiatives.
Technology strategy & roadmap planning
- Establish a multi-year technology vision and product roadmap for Legal, Corporate Affairs, and other global functions, aligned to enterprise digital transformation objectives.
- Lead build-vs-buy evaluations to determine when custom-developed digital applications deliver strategic advantage over commercial off-the-shelf software.
- Champion modern, agile operations by converting manual processes into clean digital workflows and optimizing existing digital workflows for future business needs.
Portfolio, backlog & delivery execution
- Manage, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog, translating business needs into user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and engineering squads within the Centers of Delivery (CoD) to coordinate sprint execution, release cycles, and system testing.
- Drive rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data flows, system integrations, and reporting routines.
- Maintain a high-impact backlog with generalist TPMs and developers to support timely, high-quality, and cost-effective releases.
People leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop two Technical Product Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and evaluation.
- Oversee technical product workflows and resource allocation to ensure architectural alignment, high-quality execution, and on-time roadmap delivery.
- Foster collaboration by setting clear ownership boundaries, empowering autonomous decision-making, and aligning individual growth with broader business objectives.
Advanced AI-assisted workflows
- Identify and lead pilot initiatives for AI/ML and Generative AI applications within business workflows based on functional needs, with a focus on optimization.
- Ensure AI solutions are relevant, highly explainable, auditable, and trusted by business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or digital systems analysis with focus on Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), compliance tech, or workflow-heavy operations.
- Proven experience managing teams, including directly supervising, mentoring, or leading Technical Product Managers or business systems analysis roles.
- Strong technical leadership background with cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering squads, and system architects.
- Understanding of legal processes including contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance management, and IP management.
- Familiarity with modern SaaS solutions in the legal tech domain.

Compensation: USD 134,200 - 209,687 per year. Experience level: 8+ years. Location: Vancouver, WA (onsite).
