Product Manager Senior

Cone Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Greensboro, NC 27401 to lead product and initiative work that supports Medical Group clinical operations. In this role, you will guide the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement, partnering across clinical, operational, and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes and effective adoption.

You will translate Medical Group priorities into actionable product requirements and success criteria, then ensure solutions fit real clinical and operational workflows. By using data, feedback, and reporting, you will monitor adoption and performance outcomes, refine what is delivered, and support leader decision-making with timely, accurate information.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned products or initiatives, from discovery and definition through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate Medical Group priorities and stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance near-term delivery with longer-term objectives.
• Design solutions based on a clear understanding of clinical and operational workflows.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to understand needs, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
• Work with subject matter experts to inform product design and ensure practical, usable outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery by partnering with planning, project management, education, optimization, analytics, and IT teams.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Use data, reporting, and feedback to assess product performance and guide improvement.
• Ensure products deliver timely, actionable information that supports accountability and decision-making.
• Promote transparency, data quality, and appropriate data use within assigned products.
• Monitor adoption and performance outcomes, using insights to drive iterative enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce variation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to shared product management practices and standards within the Medical Group.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, industrial/management engineering, operations, or a related field (or equivalent training and experience).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, analytics, and/or product management.
• Demonstrated experience designing workflows and standard work in clinical or operational settings.
• Demonstrated success managing products or complex initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained adoption.
• Strong product mindset and experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Ability to engage effectively with clinical, operational, and technical partners.
• Experience translating complex needs into clear requirements and usable solutions.
