Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and execution for GenAI-powered troubleshooting experiences to help AWS customers resolve issues faster and more independently.
- Define how we bring AI-driven diagnostics and resolution capabilities to market directly to customers and through our partner ecosystem (MSPs, ISVs, and consulting partners).
- Translate customer pain points into product requirements that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, time-to-resolution, and service adoption.
- Work at the intersection of GenAI and Cloud Operations, collaborating with engineering teams to build platforms that help solve customer issues.
- Define the roadmap, influence cross-functional priorities, and deliver capabilities that accelerate customer and partner success with GenAI workloads on AWS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in software development
