Job Description

Amazon Web Services Support in Dallas is hiring a Senior Product Manager for GenAI-powered troubleshooting experiences. This onsite role blends strategic ownership with cross-functional execution to improve customer satisfaction, reduce time-to-resolution, and drive service adoption. The position engages direct-to-customer channels and our partner ecosystem. The compensation range is USD 166,300 - 225,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity to contribute at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and execution for GenAI-powered troubleshooting experiences to help AWS customers resolve issues faster and more independently.
  • Define how we bring AI-driven diagnostics and resolution capabilities to market directly to customers and through our partner ecosystem (MSPs, ISVs, and consulting partners).
  • Translate customer pain points into product requirements that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, time-to-resolution, and service adoption.
  • Work at the intersection of GenAI and Cloud Operations, collaborating with engineering teams to build platforms that help solve customer issues.
  • Define the roadmap, influence cross-functional priorities, and deliver capabilities that accelerate customer and partner success with GenAI workloads on AWS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in software development
