Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Events

The Senior Technical Product Manager for Amazon Music Events will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for live events and ticketing experiences, shaping in-app live event features while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and artist teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product area that links artists with fans through live events.
• Take ownership of the complete Ticketing experience, enabling fans to discover and attend live concerts.
• Define the feature set that makes in-app live events, including artist-hosted listening sessions and Q&As, engaging and delightful.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and artist-facing teams to deliver scalable, innovative experiences that position Amazon Music as the premier destination for fans.
• Operate in a true zero-to-one space to craft novel experiences not offered by other streaming services.
• The ideal candidate brings strong consumer product instincts and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts across technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and cross-organizational influence while maintaining high standards to deliver a polished customer experience.

Requirements

• At least five years in technical product or program management.
• Minimum of three years delivering products end to end.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs in a product.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
