Job Description
The Senior Technical Product Manager for Amazon Music Events will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the end-to-end Ticketing experience and live events features that connect artists and fans. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and artist-facing teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused experiences.
Location and Compensation
Location: Culver City, CA on site
Salary: USD 151,200 - 235,200 per year
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product area that connects artists and fans through live events.
- Own the end-to-end Ticketing experience, enabling discovery and attendance at live concerts, and shape the in-app live events features such as artist-hosted listening sessions and Q&A experiences.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, and artist-facing teams to deliver innovative experiences at scale that enhance Amazon Music as a fan destination.
- Operate in a true zero-to-one space, creating novel experiences not offered by other streaming providers.
- Combine strong consumer product instincts with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams to drive outcomes.
- Showcase strategic thinking and cross-organizational influence while maintaining high standards for a polished, impactful customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs for a product
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
