Job Description
This role leads technical product management for agentic AI solutions designed to measure and improve Amazon retail experiences, leveraging Amazon Bedrock and AWS services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large, complex studies from scope alignment with business leaders through design, data collection and analysis, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents that orchestrate workflows using AWS services.
- Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for agentic AI solutions that measure and enhance retail consumer experiences.
- Evaluate agent reasoning performance and create proofs of concept to demonstrate how agentic systems can transform research processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, developers, and product managers.
- Stay current with advancements in agentic AI research and AWS capabilities to improve performance and advise on technology stacks.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business language for stakeholders, clearly articulating value.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing to advance agentic AI adoption and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience delivering features and managing tradeoffs for a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience overseeing technical products or online services
- Experience representing diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Compensation and Location
Location: Seattle, WA (onsite). Base salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year. The total compensation may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon provides a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and related programs; specifics vary by location.
