Description

The Retail Pricing team prices everything shipped and sold by Amazon, worldwide and across formats. With hundreds of millions of prices daily, the goal is to earn long-term customer trust by offering competitive prices.

Automation and scalability are central to the mission. In this role, you will help design, build, and deliver high-performance, fault-tolerant capabilities that support precise pricing across strategies, products, and channels without human intervention.

You will define and drive the product roadmaps, partnering with in-house scientists, retail organizations, data engineers, and software teams to identify new features and projects. As lead product strategist, you will assess customer and financial implications, select the strongest ideas, prioritize them, and assemble a cohesive roadmap. You will evangelize new features to clients, accelerate adoption, monitor impacts, and report results to senior leaders. This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to prepare documentation for executives and align the roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. Strong written and verbal communication and data analytics skills are essential. The team thrives in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and fast-paced environment focused on delivering better prices to customers worldwide.
