In this Tech Enablement role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared technical capabilities that make digital solutions easier to build, integrate, govern, and scale.
You will lead planning and requirements across dependent teams, define what the Tech Enablement team builds and why, and ensure adoption is measured through outcomes like reliability, cycle time, reuse, and time-to-production.
What you’ll do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared technical capabilities supporting Digital Growth Engine solutions, deciding what Tech Enablement builds and why.
- Define Tech Enablement product strategy across shared data, API, model, agent, experimentation, integration, and developer capabilities.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap and backlog using user needs, enterprise architecture, reuse potential, technical debt, and measurable value.
- Partner with engineering and architecture to define platform requirements, service boundaries, nonfunctional requirements, and adoption patterns.
- Create clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for reusable components, environments, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Drive alignment across dependent product teams and enterprise platforms, addressing sequencing and ownership gaps.
- Measure platform adoption, developer experience, reliability, cycle time, reuse, and time-to-production.
- Lead launch activities, documentation, onboarding, and continuous improvement for shared technical products.
What you bring
- Experience leading technical products, platforms, or data/AI capabilities from discovery through production and adoption.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including vision, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements, dependency management, and outcome measurement.
- Working knowledge of modern data, analytics, cloud, API, and AI/ML architectures to partner credibly with engineering and data science teams.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear technical product requirements and make tradeoffs across value, feasibility, risk, and speed.
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence across business, product, design, engineering, data, privacy, security, and risk partners.
