Responsibilities

• Guide platform teams to maximize product value and maintain a smooth lifecycle
• Develop and execute roadmaps, strategies, and development plans
• Champion ideas and initiatives from concept through launch
• Define and monitor outcomes and KPIs aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into features
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize resource allocation
• Conduct market research and track industry trends to inform decisions
• Partner with development teams to ensure timely and high quality deliveries
• Provide product expertise to internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards and user expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, focused on technical products
• Proven track record of successful product launches and enhancements
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams
• Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with authentication and authorization technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of platform engineering standards and APIs is an asset
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills with a customer centric approach
