Principal Technical Product Manager (Technology)

Drive high-impact technical product programs that strengthen security and privacy while helping engineering teams operate more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own DT product solutioning and build direction, delivering product features and improvements that support strong customer experiences
• Act as the liaison between Business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team, translating business requirements into technical specifications for development
• Direct Business, Design, Engineering, and Product teams to create digital transformation experiences for employees and customers
• Oversee development and product teams to scope product delivery, support solution strategies, and evaluate development alternatives
• Identify gaps and issues; design problem solutions, including defining and collecting clear, actionable business requirements
• Partner with the development team to assess feasibility and technical alternatives for requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Principal-level ownership of a program in a technical product capacity (program-level oversight)
• Experience defining new technical approaches for data handling
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for development
• Ability to evaluate technical alternatives with development teams

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 115,000 - 183,000 per year
