Vice President - Product Owner - Digital Assets - Transaction Banking Product

TD Bank is looking for a product leader to advance its Digital Assets strategy and bring new capabilities to market. In this onsite role within TD Securities, you will act as the lead Product Owner, helping translate technologies, market opportunities, and client needs into scalable products across tokenized money, blockchain-based financial infrastructure, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Lead product ownership and delivery for strategic Digital Assets initiatives, moving from discovery through implementation and scale.
• Turn Digital Assets strategy, client needs, and market developments into product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
• Own product scope, prioritization, sequencing, and key business decisions across assigned initiatives.
• Partner with Technology and Architecture teams to design scalable solutions that integrate blockchain and distributed ledger technologies with existing financial infrastructure.
• Drive development across tokenized deposits, stablecoins, tokenization, blockchain-based payments and settlement, and other digital money and asset forms.
• Coordinate requirements and dependencies across business, technology, operations, and control partners.
• Support client pilots, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization of new Digital Assets capabilities.
• Monitor developments across the global Digital Assets ecosystem to identify relevant opportunities, use cases, and implications for TD.

What you bring

• Professional experience in Digital Assets, blockchain, or crypto, ideally building or delivering institutional or enterprise-grade products.
• Strong knowledge across the Digital Assets ecosystem, including blockchain/DLT, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs, digital wallets, and blockchain-based settlement infrastructure.
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and how digital assets are issued, transferred, settled, and integrated with traditional financial systems.
• Experience developing products or platforms in a Digital Assets company, fintech, blockchain infrastructure provider, financial institution, or other technology-led organization.
• Product ownership or product management experience, with a track record taking complex products from concept through delivery and commercialization.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical product and client use cases while balancing scalability, risk, regulatory, and operational considerations.
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering, architecture, and platform teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience building institutional Digital Assets products, tokenized money, blockchain infrastructure, or tokenization solutions.
• Experience moving blockchain or Digital Assets capabilities from experimentation or proof-of-concept into production.
• Experience working across the traditional financial system and Digital Assets ecosystem, including integration with payments, settlement, liquidity, or other financial infrastructure.

Compensation and benefits

This role offers a base salary of $145,000 - $225,000 USD per year and may include variable compensation and incentive awards (for example, eligibility for cash and/or equity incentive awards, generally through participation in an incentive plan).
