Bilingual Japanese/English Senior Product Manager(Manufacturing)

This role is for a bilingual Japanese/English Senior Product Manager supporting a manufacturing business in San Jose, CA. You will manage the operational product lifecycle, with Thermal Interface Material as the primary product focus, and work closely with customers and internal technical teams across North America, Japan, and Asia.

Role Overview

As a full-time, exempt, in-person Senior Product Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities in thermal management markets. Your work will include customer engagement, evaluation and design-in support, cross-functional coordination, and pipeline and forecasting responsibilities related to Thermal Interface Materials and related solutions.

Location and Employment Details

• Location: San Jose, CA (onsite)
• Employment: Full-time, exempt
• Compensation: USD 180,000 to 230,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across semiconductor, electronics, data center, and other thermal management markets
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customer engineering and procurement teams
• Support customer evaluation, qualification, and design-in activities for Thermal Interface Materials and related solutions
• Coordinate customer projects with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional teams across North America, Japan, and Asia
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
• Prepare customer presentations, business proposals, and sales reports
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related (business administration or related field)
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• 3 years of sales experience in the chemical materials or electric parts industry
• Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and product development teams
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese
