You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and IT to optimize Salesforce as a core enterprise asset. This on site role is based in Albertville, Alabama, with a salary range of USD 88,683 to 160,783 per year. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, and the role calls for substantial experience in IT or product management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the Salesforce product strategy and roadmap, in line with enterprise IT and business priorities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and refine requirements into features and user stories
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and releases with development and support teams
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, including ERP integrations (LNCE, D365) and data platform standards
  • Drive standardization and simplification of processes across Sales, Service, and related functions
  • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce initiatives, incidents, and vendor engagement
  • Manage backlog, contribute to sprint planning, and prioritize releases
  • Establish and enforce governance, security, and data quality within Salesforce
  • Monitor system performance and adoption, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
  • Lead user enablement including training, communications, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, IT controls, and company policies
  • Pursue continuous improvement and innovation leveraging Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in IT, product management, or enterprise application delivery
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments with ERP integrations (LNCE, D365, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of product management disciplines (roadmapping, backlog management, Agile delivery)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of data governance, security models, and system integrations (APIs, middleware)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner related)
  • Experience working with third-party implementation partners and vendors
