Duck Creek Product Manager

Experis is hiring a Duck Creek Product Manager for an onsite contract role in Princeton, NJ. This position sits within the Product & Delivery organization and supports Agile delivery teams by owning product direction, converting business inputs into actionable backlog work, and coordinating across insurance and engineering stakeholders.

The Duck Creek roadmap covers Policy, Billing, and Claims. You will translate insurance business requirements into Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and a maintained product backlog, while leading the ceremonies and collaboration needed to drive measurable delivery outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the Duck Creek product roadmap for Policy, Billing, and Claims, setting priorities and targeting measurable delivery results.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from insurance stakeholders, then translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-maintained product backlog.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams (including underwriting, policy administration, and claims) and Agile delivery teams to support alignment and successful implementation.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations to ensure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business SMEs to deliver high-quality Duck Creek solutions, support UAT activities, and obtain stakeholder signoffs.

What you bring

• Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, and/or Claims.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (PC) insurance processes.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst role.
• Agile/Scrum expertise, including backlog management and requirement prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Pay and schedule

• Contract role, onsite in Princeton, NJ.
• $45 per hour (W2).
• Weekly pay.
