Lead Product Manager II - PMS IBOR/ABOR

Lead Product Manager II responsible for designing and delivering IBOR/ABOR functionality within Clearwater Analytics’ Portfolio Management System, owning the roadmap, backlog, development, testing, and implementation across Enfusion’s PMS and General Ledger, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Location: New York, NY (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts focused on crafting functional specifications.
• Architect IBOR and ABOR capabilities across Enfusion PMS and General Ledger ecosystems.
• Partner with product managers, software architects, sales, and account management to shape and maintain an IBOR/ABOR roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to keep development on track.
• Maintain the software delivery calendar to enable timely client onboarding.
• Work with internal sales and account management to design workflows for key prospects and clients.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and guide the analyst team in resolving account management inquiries.
• Coordinate with the content team to develop client-facing product content.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product or technical role within finance or technology, ideally at a related software vendor or investment management firm.
• Strong technical foundation, comfortable with basic scripting and able to discuss code with developers.
• Familiarity with core product management practices, including Agile methodologies and hands-on Jira experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication and a proven ability to draft clear technical specifications for developers.

Salary

Salary range: $179,400.00 - $243,136.45 per year
