Job Description

In this data‑driven Product Operations role, you will connect product owners, business units, operations, and software developers to translate complex requirements into practical, high‑quality solutions and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business needs and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Leverage enterprise‑authorized AI tools within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validate outputs, and manage data according to sensitivity and security rules.
  • Promote reuse‑first, AI‑assisted analysis and documentation practices across the team, with human review to ensure alignment to delivery standards.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex initiatives.
  • Apply advanced data analytics to extract insights from large and diverse datasets, driving data‑informed decisions and supporting key business initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, and roadmap and OKR check‑ins.
  • Define agendas, standard artifacts, decision points, action tracking, and follow‑ups to strengthen execution and accountability.
  • Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and ensure clear handoffs among product, engineering, operations, and control partners.
  • Lead incident communications, stakeholder updates, and action tracking during disruptions, coordinating across technology, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Support invoice validation and approvals routing as needed, maintaining spend visibility for vendor‑supported product work with Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and Accounts Payable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related fields.
  • Proven experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to support solutions analysis workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI‑assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertainty arises and following data handling guidelines.
  • Proven track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects.

Preferred qualifications and capabilities

  • Experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban) and coordinating cross‑team delivery at scale, including multi‑team planning, release coordination, and dependency management.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods and comfort leveraging workflow, case management, and reporting tools to drive transparency, standardization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. Program and product operations certifications (eg, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar) are preferred.
