Product Manager
Job Description
The Product Manager at FuzeRx within Fuze Health is an individual contributor responsible for defining and delivering product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth, supporting the Care and Partnerships teams, in a remote California-based role with a salary range of USD 140,000β175,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features within a defined strategy, from requirements and design through launch and iteration.
- Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners (Clinical, Compliance, Finance), seeking direction from senior product leaders when navigating ambiguity.
- Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems.
- Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and use insights to iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting for the area.
- Optimize roadmap intake β triaging features, bugs, and requests β and connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
- Understand the technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
- Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics).
- Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions.
- Clear, concise communication skills β able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard).
