Product Manager
Job Description
Lead the product strategy, roadmap, development, and go-to-market efforts for Nucleus Security's UI/UX platform, prioritizing customer problems and shaping the product direction at a fast-growing startup.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for the UI/UX platform and related capabilities, including custom analytics and frontend customization features.
- Guide strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends.
- Define and monitor metrics for product performance; drive improvements against these metrics over time.
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to address customer problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver shippable products.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of product management experience in a technology company.
- Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Comfort working with fully remote, distributed agile teams across multiple time zones.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with ownership of problems and solutions.
- Track record delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Experience developing products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred.
