Product Manager

Kiswe is hiring a Product Manager to drive monetization and business intelligence initiatives that support the roadmap, product lifecycle, and the delivery of revenue-generating capabilities. In this hybrid role based in Summit, NJ, you will partner across teams to define requirements, launch and improve solutions, and measure outcomes through KPIs.

Reporting into the VP of Product Management, you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to bring scalable, user-friendly features to market while aligning delivery with Kiswe’s business goals.

What you’ll do

• Support the roadmap for business intelligence features, including purchase flows, retention flows, and product insights
• Support the roadmap for monetization and payment platforms, including billing and subscription management
• Own product lifecycle work from market research and validation through requirement creation, ideation, launch, and iteration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to deliver product features
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the impact of existing and new features and identify optimization opportunities
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management experience, with exposure to commerce or product monetization and business intelligence solutions, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including delivering on time and using new data points to adjust timelines
• Ability to adapt to evolving market and business needs, experimenting with the latest technology and AI to improve efficiency
• Proven hands-on contribution with independence, “scrappiness,” and creative problem-solving
• Experience with product discovery and delivery methods, including continuous discovery, competitive analysis, market research, agile development, and related processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences
• Experience and interest in live streaming and startup environments is a major plus (live sports, creator, music, entertainment, etc.)
• Startup experience is not required, but is preferred

Compensation

Anticipated salary: USD 93,000 - 116,500 per year.

Work location and schedule

• Summit, NJ (hybrid)
• Remote applicants within the U.S. are welcome, provided you can maintain availability during core Eastern Time (EST) working hours
• Work schedule expectations may change due to live event needs
• Candidates within an hour’s travel time of Summit, NJ are expected to work in-office up to 2 times per week
