Job Description

Build and evolve digital experiences that improve client experience, support revenue growth, and enable cost savings through a strategic product delivery roadmap. In this onsite role in Atlanta, you will blend strategic product management with human-centered design, data-driven discovery, and execution discipline, while partnering across teams to meet risk, control, accessibility, security, and compliance expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Research and analyze a target client segment to understand needs and the segment’s financial requirements.
  • Assess market and competitive dynamics to define a differentiated product vision, translating findings into recommendations grounded in data and experience.
  • Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and create a delivery roadmap that supports business goals.
  • Engage key stakeholders across lines of business, operations, and other functional areas to plan and execute projects.
  • Write epics and features that support the roadmap, partnering to prioritize across teams.
  • Own the Planning Increment (PI) vision, including priority and definition, partnering with product owners on feature prioritization and delivery timelines.
  • Develop a feature backlog roadmap and lead high-level deliverables such as discovery, prototypes or wireframes, usability studies, partner demos, and web analytics planning.
  • Secure partner alignment and approvals as needed, including legal, compliance, security, fraud, and others.
  • Partner to set pricing and ensure billing follows established processes and procedures.
  • Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and the roadmap, sharing insights with partners.
  • Coordinate with Readiness to create client- and teammate-facing content.
  • Support risk management by ensuring Product Management Lifecycle (PML) process and procedures are followed, meeting security, risk, audit expectations, and driving action items and deadlines. Contribute to risk presentations with evidence supporting recommendations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a technology field, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong balance of strategic planning and tactical daily execution.
  • Experience defining and driving vision for experience programs and/or partnership-based programs.
  • Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives.
  • Proven ability to use data analytics, research, and testing methodologies to diagnose problems and recommend action plans.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, lead independently, and make decisions.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills, including delivering succinct presentations to explain and sell plans and vision.

Tools and frameworks

  • Scaled Agile development framework (SAFe)
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent)

Work details

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
  • Work shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
  • Travel: Minimal and up to 10%
  • Availability: Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed by manager or required by business need

Physical requirements

  • Visual/audio/speaking: Able to access and interpret client information from a computer and hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using modern AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation, concept development, prototyping, and product discovery
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, client feedback, performance trends, and fluency with AI tools to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend action plans
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager for Agile teams
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent)
