Product Manager, Intelligent Payments-Vice President

J.P. Morgan Payments is building products that help organizations execute transactions efficiently and securely, transforming how information, money, and assets move. In this role on the Intelligent Payments team within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will help shape critical parts of the product vision and roadmap while driving discovery through delivery at enterprise scale.

You will translate client and business needs into measurable product outcomes, with a focus on safely deploying AI and data-driven solutions in payments. The work spans strategy, analytics, and cross-functional delivery, grounded in an environment that processes USD payments at massive scale.

Role focus

• Partner in developing the strategy to safely deploy AI within core Treasury Services
• Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
• Work across the organization to identify opportunities where data and AI can enhance the payments experience for clients
• Research developments across the payments industry, AI models and tools, and project management best practices

What you will do

• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, balancing time, cost, and quality across the full product development life cycle
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, epics, and user stories that bring products to life
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support alignment and clarity around analytics strategies and product roadmaps

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Experience leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies
• Passion for data-driven innovation and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to deliver high-quality results independently and take ownership of projects

Skills and tools

• SQL, Python, R
• Tableau, Power BI

Preferred background

• Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Programming proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Track record in financial services, with understanding of its challenges and opportunities

Compensation: USD 133,000 - 215,000 per year
