Product Manager
Job Description
Solera Commerce is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development and continued performance across a portfolio that serves multiple sectors. In this onsite role in Katy, TX, you will shape commercially driven product strategy using customer and market insight, while guiding delivery through every stage of the product lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Own and maintain product roadmaps, keeping direction clear across multiple workstreams
- Define product requirements and establish priorities based on insight and opportunity
- Review customer, market, and competitor signals to inform recommendations
- Identify opportunities for new features and ongoing product improvements
- Partner with technical teams throughout development and delivery
- Coordinate product launches with marketing and commercial teams
- Monitor product adoption, engagement, and commercial performance after launch
- Collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, then translate it into next steps
- Present product recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Guide products from opportunity identification and requirements definition through launch, performance analysis, and continued enhancement
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to determine where investment and development effort should focus
Experience and qualifications
- Experience managing digital products or services
- Strong skills in roadmapping and prioritisation
- Experience working with development and design teams
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of product performance
- Confidence using data and customer insight to support decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage several priorities while maintaining delivery focus
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Established experience in product management, product development, or product strategy
- Experience across multiple industries or customer groups is particularly relevant
- Familiarity with analytics platforms or similar product tools would be beneficial, but is not essential

- Assess customer behavior in consumer-facing offerings, then adjust requirements for B2B or professional services offerings

Salary: USD 114,000 - 118,000 per year.
