Product Manager

Engrain is hiring a Product Manager to turn business needs into technically solid product requirements and to guide delivery across cross-functional teams. In this hybrid role in Greenwood Village, CO, you will help drive Atlas execution and modernization while partnering closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain clear, actionable documentation.
• Translate roadmap priorities into shipped features, supporting the buildout and expansion of customer-facing Atlas.
• Partner with Engineering on a phased modernization approach, balancing net-new feature delivery with technical debt management while minimizing disruption for teams that rely on Atlas daily.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Engineering, Experience Design, Customer Experience, Salesforce, Implementation, Marketing, and Leadership, translating between technical and non-technical audiences and aligning priorities when tradeoffs arise.
• Collaborate with UX from discovery through delivery to shape intuitive, design-forward experiences consistent with a design-first culture.
• Use GitHub Copilot and CLI tools to prototype workflows, synthesize research and complex data into specifications, and run initial logic reviews so requirements are ready for engineering.
• Open small exploratory PRs (such as copy, configuration, flags, and docs) to improve handoffs, while leaving durable production implementation to Engineering.
• Work with Engineering to understand APIs, data structures, and integration points, including data feeds, partner platforms, and Salesforce-sourced data behind newer Atlas work.
• Track performance, define success metrics, and partner with Marketing and Product Enablement on go-to-market activities for new features.

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years as a PM in SaaS, with a demonstrated record of shipping successful products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to align engineers, executives, and non-technical customer teams across a product that impacts many teams.
• Experience guiding a product through major technical change (such as dependency upgrades, migrations, or rebuilds) while keeping existing users productive.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and structured data, including reading data models, tracing flows between systems, and validating logic against real datasets.
• 1+ year using GitHub Copilot (or an equivalent tool) as part of your daily workflow, with comfort using a CLI; AI-assisted prototyping and lightweight PRs are a plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end stacks (for example, React) and CRM or data platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with multifamily, PropTech, or the broader real estate industry is a strong plus, especially understanding how property teams operate.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (Colorado disclosure). Final offer amount is based on years and depth of experience, certifications, and alignment of skills to the role.
