Product Manager II
Job Description
A Product Manager II on Manheim's Lot Operations Modernization initiative at Cox Automotive, onsite in Atlanta, GA, will identify high-value lot-operations problems, shape the future of the workflow, and deliver AI-powered products to cut costs, reduce waste, and improve the work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts including research, field-user engagement, and evaluating problem relevance and priority within the team strategy.
- Support backlog grooming and maintenance by translating validated problems into clearly defined features and user stories for engineering teams to implement.
- Use customer feedback, operational data, and UX insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and surface them to the team.
- Define and track KPIs for the assigned product areas, monitor results, and flag deviations from plan.
- Collaborate with UX designers, data and analytics teams, and engineering to ensure solutions are well specified, feasible, and grounded in real user needs.
- Help develop business-case documentation and product collateral to support prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
- Use AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, development, and recommend improvements.
- Adopt AI tooling and apply a product development life cycle mindset to the work.
- Share learnings openly to contribute to a discovery culture that values transparency, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other PMs and cross-functional partners on the release train to stay aligned and avoid duplication across problem areas.
Requirements
- A related bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience; or a master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years of related experience with no degree.
- Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, and technology integration.
- Ability to leverage customer feedback, data, and UX insights to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and able to build relationships with engineering, UX, and operations partners.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
- High integrity with a focus on execution, building partnerships, and delivering excellence in what you ship.

Compensation
- USD 89,400.00 – 134,000.00 per year
- Base salary within the stated range; final amount may vary by location and candidate qualifications; position may be eligible for additional compensation such as incentives
