In this Senior Lead Product Manager role, you will help shape and scale Product Operations strategies across portfolios, strengthen enterprise product management standards, and embed AI-first methods so teams become more AI-native in their day-to-day work.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA (onsite) and reports through a cross-functional environment where you will coordinate with partners across the product development lifecycle, develop learning programs, and drive adoption of initiative frameworks across CAPTG.

What you’ll do

  • Drive processes that improve product management maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive.
  • Lead the development and adoption of AI-first approaches to product management across CAPTG.
  • Integrate AI tools (including Claude and Pendo AI) into product workflows for discovery, research synthesis, specification writing, and launch readiness.
  • Create reusable playbooks, skills, prompts, and agents for repeatable execution.
  • Serve as an internal SME and evangelist for applied AI in product management.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Readiness, and other teams within the Product COE and CAPTG to coordinate efforts and raise awareness for Product Operations initiatives.
  • Catalyze behavioral change through knowledge sharing and thoughtfully curated resources that support buy-in and adoption.

What you bring

  • Excellent service mindset for internal stakeholders, focused on incremental value.
  • Critical thinking about integrating tools, processes, and standards to create compounding value.
  • Capability to teach others and communicate best practices in a way that drives buy-in and adoption.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
