In this onsite role based in Draper, Utah, you will oversee defined-domain product development, shepherd the backlog from features to user stories, and work with engineering, UX, and QA to turn insights into tangible customer value.

Compensation

Salary: USD 89,400 - 134,000 per year. The base salary may vary within this range based on location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role may be eligible for additional compensation including an incentive program.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to problem and solution discovery within the domain, clarifying the problem space and validating that solutions address root causes
  • Collaborates with UX research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to collect and synthesize feedback from end users and clients
  • Works with UX, Engineering, and QA to produce the specifications that guide development and delivery
  • Leverages AI-enhanced discovery workflows to speed up problem analysis and convert research into implementation-ready detail
  • Interacts directly with clients via conversations and demos to understand performance needs and convey the user perspective to the team
  • Gains practical understanding of dealer and client contexts to ground decisions in real-world use
  • Owns epic-level planning and prioritization for the domain, sequencing epics by business outcomes and value
  • Ensures the right stakeholders participate in discovery, coordinating UX, engineering, architecture, and business partners at key moments to shape and validate work
  • Makes data-driven prioritization decisions by aggregating and analyzing large data sets to sequence work effectively
  • Keeps an epic-level view of the domain roadmap and communicates prioritization choices and trade-offs to stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Incorporates stakeholder input and sound judgment, evaluating AI-generated trade-offs to prioritize competing epics
  • Serves as the product voice for a cross-functional delivery squad, collaborating with engineering, UX, and QA to drive execution and remove blockers
  • Collaborates with AI-enabled development teams to provide clarity when needed to accelerate iteration
  • Utilizes AI-assisted authoring tools to draft and refine epics and features for the domain
  • Addresses day-to-day product questions for the delivery team, clarifying requirements and business rules to keep work moving
  • Reviews and accepts completed work against acceptance criteria, ensuring it solves the defined problem before release
  • Partners with Product Owners and engineering to support cross-team alignment and manage domain dependencies
  • Participates in prototyping, testing, and validation with UX and engineering
  • Chelps establish structured feedback loops including usage data, support signals, and direct user input to keep the user voice in prioritization
  • Monitors in-market performance signals and shares findings to guide product lifecycle decisions
  • Supports launch readiness with Product Readiness, client solutions, and marketing, contributing to release notes, training materials, and KPI tracking plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience creating, prioritizing, and refining features and user stories
  • Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, UX, and business partners
  • Ability to identify KPIs and use analytics to measure product value
  • Experience in an AI-augmented product environment or demonstrated proficiency applying AI tools to product work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of audiences
  • AI-Augmented Product Practice: using AI systems across the product lifecycle to accelerate and improve work; fluency in spec-driven authoring, effective prompting, and critical evaluation of AI output
  • Technology and Delivery Fluency: understanding how systems fit together; collaborates with engineering on delivery approaches and assesses AI-assisted trade-offs
  • Business Outcome Translation: ability to translate objectives into clearly scoped, actionable work for delivery teams
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: capacity to operate across UX, engineering, and QA within the domain, managing dependencies and keeping work moving
